We are excited to announce that we have moved to our new online consultation provider PATCHS which offers secure two way messaging, video consultations and more. We are recommending patients create an account.

PATCHS is an online consultation service that allows you to quickly and easily access GP services. Answer a few simple questions and PATCHS will get you the help you need.

Please contact the practice to book an extended hours appointment at Highfield Hospital. Appointments are available weekday evenings and Saturdays, appointments to see GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners; Practice Nurses and Health Care Assistants are available. To book or cancel an appointment ring the surgery during opening hours.
Due to increased waiting times for outpatient appointments, we have seen a rise in patient requests to “expedite” their appointments. Please click here for futher information before contacting the practice.

It is important that we have up-to-date contact details for you, so we can let you know about screenings, vaccinations and appointment reminders.
If you have changed your mobile number or email address recently, you can add it to your NHS record by following the guidance about managing your NHS account.
You may also receive a text or email from the NHS asking you to do this.
If you are unable to update your details online or through the NHS App, please get in touch with us and we’ll update your records for you.
If you’re not sure what condition you have, or how severe it is, you can use the NHS 111 symptom checker. The checker will:
- Answer questions about your main symptom.
- Help you find out when and where to get help.
