Demand for appointments commonly outstrips supply in General Practice; if you would like to speak to the Doctor without attending the surgery, medical advice can be given over the telephone by the Doctor or Nurse. Please call us on 0151 495 5140 to book a telephone consultation. Normally this is after surgery unless the GP considers the problem to be urgent.
If, following a telephone consultation, the doctor feels that he/she would like to see you, or you are unhappy in any way and would like to see the doctor, an appointment will always be made for you. Please ensure you leave a current contact number.
